Arrival and departure:
– Check-in is from 14.00.
– Check-out is until 12:00.
– At the request of customers and when the hotel has spaces can be applied, according to international practice, special rates for staying in the room after 12.00 as follows:

2. Luggage can be stored in the luggage room free of charge for 24 hours.

Any cancellation of reservation will be made by contacting booking service.
No penalties will apply if cancellation is made with at least 24 hours in advance and only if they were not issued tax documents (invoice).

Parking space and cars:
Hospitality unit can park cars and security guards (we suggest avoiding sagging objects in sight).

The general rule is that the hotel is not allowed accommodation of persons accompanied by animals and birds. In exceptional cases and only with the hotel accommodation will be made by submitting a certificate upon arrival at the hotel a national / international health (to include vaccinations). Fee payment is 50% of the amount collected for one person.
You can receive visitors in your room between 08:00 and 22: 00, at no additional cost, where guests receive within 22: 00-08: 00 they will have to pay the price difference and register at the reception.
